First, CBP moved the April CBLE exam to May 1st. CBP posted notice that the CBLE exam will be held on May 1st. CBP will use the 2023 Basic HTS and 2023 CFR. Both are for sale at my website. CBP also stated they will use Parts 200 to end of the regulations. THIS IS NEW. Many years ago, CBP tested part 351, which relates to AD issues. If I had to guess, I think this is the area (Part 351) CBP will test. We will update our online test center with those questions that CBP used many years ago.
