• When is the 2025 edition available? There will not be an official 2025 printed edition for several months. The annual edition is formally finished (adopted) On March 31st. We will have a 2025 edition available shortly after that date.

• The CBP exam announcement for the April 2025 exam indicates CBP will use the 2023 version for the April exam. I will include the 2023 Parts which represent relevant changes from the 2024 CFR. Lets call this “downdating”. Stated another way, I am shipping you a 2024 CFR with additional PARTS from the 2023 version. If you absolutely want a 2023 version, contact me.
