• When is the 2025 edition available? There will not be an official 2025 printed edition for several months. The annual edition is formally finished (adopted) On March 31st. We will have a 2025 edition available shortly after that date.

• The CBP exam announcement for the April 2025 exam indicates Exam takers may use the 2023 or 2024 Annual Edition of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). All questions using a CFR section as a reference can be answered using either the 2023 Annual Edition or the 2024 Annual Edition.
